Which safety limits matter?

Contraindications include disruption of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis, active malignancy, hypersensitivity and pregnancy. Warnings address neoplasms, elevated IGF-1, fluid retention, glucose intolerance or diabetes, hypersensitivity and acute critical illness.
