The obesity study measured weight at 46 weeks

The weight analysis handles discontinuations differently

Histological improvement is not identical to disease resolution

Assigned and actual treatment analyses are separate
The liver-trial registry posts both planned-maintenance and actual-maintenance analyses, with different group denominators.
